Tama Junto

Crate-digging duo Páula and Henry bring their vinyl-only blend of tropicália, samba, bossa nova, carimbó, MPB, forró and funk to Marseille’s Yuzu following a string of packed-out parties in Paris and London – most recently Print and Fondation Louis Vuitton.

Páula is a French-Brazilian artist and singer of the genre-hopping duo PPJ – who have lately shared stages or collaborated with the likes of Justice, Metronomy, Chloé Caillet and Fatboy Slim – while Henry is the lead guitarist of the Mercury Prize-nominated english band Sports Team. Together, they share a deep passion for Brazilian music, lugging home suitcases of new discoveries from each visit to Páula’s country of birth.
Their DJ sets aren't about beatmatching prowess or flawless transitions but about sharing this passion - and ever-growing collection - with whoever wants to dance. Tamo Junto!
